PROGAIN recycles vegetable waste to produce protein products for human consumption. By taking discarded vegetables that would otherwise go to waste and using them to produce a nutritious and protein-rich food source and compost for fertilizing the soil, this startup is enriching both the environment and human health. Repurposing waste into a valuable resource is a significant contribution to a more sustainable and efficient food system while providing consumers with a healthy and sustainable alternative to traditional protein sources. PROGAIN further limits the imports of nutritional supplements, which contributes to a better national income and economy.
